Biography

Mr. Cerny currently serves on the board of directors of OFS Capital Corporation and OFS Credit Company, Inc. Prior to his retirement on March 31, 2025, Mr. Cerny served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since 2014 and previously served as Secretary from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Cerny also previously served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Hancock Park Corporate Income, Inc. and OFS Credit Company, Inc., a Senior Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Orchard First Source Capital, Inc. (“OFSC”) and OFS Capital Management, LLC (“OFS Adviser”), Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Orchard First Source Asset Management Holdings, LLC (“OFSAM Holdings”), a member of OFSAM Holdings’s executive committee and a member of various investment committees of OFS Adviser and its affiliates.

Prior to joining OFSC in 1999, Mr. Cerny held various positions at Sanwa Business Credit Corporation, American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago and Charter Bank Group, a multi-bank holding company. Mr. Cerny holds a B.S. in Finance from Northern Illinois University, a Masters of Management in Finance and Economics from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg School of Management, and a J.D. from DePaul University’s School of Law. Mr. Cerny is NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) Directorship Certified™ and has received a CERT Certificate in Cyber Oversight through the NACD’s Cyber Oversight Program.
